International exchange is the core of the association's cultural and educational work. We invite scientists, educators and thought leaders of international influence to Taiwan, so that through forums, lectures and in-depth exchange, knowledge reaches beyond specialist circles into campuses, communities and public discussion.
We hope every exchange becomes a two-way connection: giving Taiwanese youth access to the global frontier, while letting international speakers see Taiwan's educational energy, research environment and social concern.
